Sparkk TV is thrilled to announce the upcoming premiere of "TurtleTastic," a captivating prequel series set within the beloved "Hurt" universe.
"Hurt" follows Stone Scriven as he plans for his own death - at least until he meets Fin Snell, another young man struggling with the weight of the world. Together, they will help each other learn to live. It ran for 3 seasons on Sparkk TV from 2023-2024 with 20 episodes and 1 special.
"TurtleTastic" transports viewers back to the late 2010s, where we encounter a younger Stone Scriven, brilliantly portrayed by Craig Selbrede, navigating the complexities of college life. Juggling the demands of rugby, rigorous academics, and the ever-present weight of the world, Stone finds solace in an unlikely companion: Timothy, his beloved stuffed turtle, voiced by Ronan Guilfoyle.
"TurtleTastic" delves into the formative years of Stone Scriven, exploring themes of identity, isolation, and sexuality as he grapples with his place in a world that often feels out of sync. This poignant coming-of-age story promises to be a heartfelt and insightful addition to the "Hurt" universe, created by Craig Selbrede & Liam Gilbey.
